CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: 

When booking online, you will receive an email confirming your booking details. Unless you hear from us within one hour of submitting your booking please consider your booking confirmed. We will call you to discuss any scheduling issues, or to inform you we are unable to fulfil your transfer within one hour of receiving it, or not at all.  Please check the information in your email confirmation carefully and advise of any changes, here or by calling us on 0450 590 281.

An SMS reminder will be sent to your mobile phone before 8pm the day before we are due to pick you up.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS: 

Please advise us at least 24 hours before we are due to pick you up if there are any changes to your booking by contacting us here or calling us on 0450 590 281.

Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes, back to back client bookings may not always permit this.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

We are happy to refund your payment if you need to cancel your booking as long as you advise us at least 24 hours before we are due to pick you up.

WAITING TIME POLICY:

Passengers arriving at the airport:

There are no extra charges for flight delays or cancellations, or delays caused by customs and immigration clearances.

We will track your flight for any any delays and cancellations and be there to pick you up when you arrive at the pickup zone.

Passengers departing from their location:

Our waiting time allowance is 15 minutes from the booked pickup time. We charge $20 per 15 minutes for pickup waiting times thereafter the first 15 minutes.

PICKUP TIMES: We advise you to be ready 10 minutes earlier than your nominated pickup time and to have your mobile phone switched on and handy should we need to contact you.

We recommend being at the airport 1 hour prior to Domestic departures, and 3 hours prior to International departures.

AFTER HOURS SURCHARGE: There is a $30 surcharge per transfer between the hours of 12am – 5am.

LUGGAGE: We expect you will have no more than the luggage allowable as specified by your airline.  Please let us know if you have extra, or oversized items like surfboards, bikes etc…. or if you require a luggage trailer when you book your transfer.

DAMAGE TO VEHICLES: Any interior damage done to vehicles will incur additional charges.
