CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: 

You will always receive an email confirming your booking details are accurate. Please check the information in your booking confirmation carefully, advise us of any changes here.

If you do not receive an email confirming your booking, your booking is confirmed. It is your responsibility to make sure you received your booking confirmation.

ONLINE BOOKINGS:

Our website accepts bookings up until 24 hours before pickup times.

To request a last-minute pickup within 24 hours of your pickup timePremium Guarantee send your request here.

We will call you back within 30 minutes if we can accept your booking.

Bookings made less than 24 hours before pickup times must be prepaid.

We reserve the right to change the Vehicle Type booked to suit passenger numbers and luggage capacity if needed. 

BOOKING CHANGE REQUESTS: 

Please advise us at least 24 hours before we are due to pick you up if there are any changes to your booking by contacting us here.

Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute changes, back-to-back client pickups may not allow for changes in our driving schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

We are happy to refund your payment if you need to cancel your booking as long as you advise us at least 24 hours before we are due to pick you up.

WAITING TIME POLICY:

DEPARTING INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS: There are no extra charges for flight cancellations or delays caused by customs and immigration clearances.

Your booking includes drivers tracking your flight for any delays and being there to pick you up when your flight lands up to 30 minutes beyond your scheduled pickup time at local/domestic airports.

We reserve the right to reschedule your pickup time to one congruent with our driver schedule should your flight land beyond 30 minutes past your scheduled flight arrival time.

DEPARTING INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS: There are no extra charges for flight cancellations or delays caused by customs and immigration clearances.

Your booking includes drivers tracking your flight for any delays and being there to pick you up when your flight lands up to 60 minutes beyond your scheduled pickup time at local/domestic airports.

We reserve the right to reschedule your pickup time to one congruent with our driver schedule should your flight land beyond 60 minutes past your scheduled flight arrival time.

DEPARTING FROM YOUR LOCATION: Our driving schedule is planned around clients being ready to depart at our agreed pickup time.

Because other clients are waiting beyond your drop off location delays cannot extend beyond a maximum of 15-minutes past the scheduled pickup time (at the outset).

We reserve the right to cancel your transfer and move our drivers onto their next pickups should you not be ready 15-minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

Clients who are not ready 15 minutes beyond their scheduled pick up time are considered “no-shows” and are therefore subject to our cancellation policy.

PICKUP TIMES: We advise clients to be ready 10 minutes earlier than the nominated pickup time and to have mobile phones switched on and handy should we need to contact you.

We recommend being at the airport 1-hour prior to Domestic departures, and 3-hours prior to International departures.

AFTER-HOURS SURCHARGE: There is a 25% surcharge for pickups and or drop-offs between the hours of 10.00 pm – 5.00 am.

LUGGAGE DECLARATION: 

We expect clients to arrive with no more luggage than advertised on our website for different Ride Types. We reserve the right to refuse any undeclared luggage that is not advertised in the Ride Type you have booked, and that cannot fit safely into our vehicles.

Undeclared luggage will have to be couriered to your destination at your expense.

DAMAGE TO VEHICLES:

Any costs associated with interior damage caused to our vehicles in your transfer will be on-charged to you.
